The New One

Not being much for resolutions, a repeat of last years' seems appropriate-
Talk Less Say More .

Talking is important; essential.

Idle pratter is, however, easier. It requires no thought or self-control.
Communication is art; the written, spoken, sung word is effective for helping, healing, serving, and training.

Chatter must cease. Conversation can increase.
